My First Museum Exhibition + Artworks to Collect
Since October, four of my works have been featured in the California African American Museum group exhibition, Giving you the best that I got, at Art + Practice. My 2024 8mm film, Eileen’s Daughters, and three new Fragility Paintings are on view until March 7, 2026 (sorry for the late Artletter update).
In honor of this moment, I will be a part of Art + Practice’s Curator and Artist Led Exhibition Walkthrough on Friday, February 27, 2026, from 12:00-1:00 p.m., with the curator, Dominique Clayton. I hope to see some of you there. You can RSVP here.
This is my first museum exhibition, and I am honored to be featured alongside so many emerging and established artists. I will speak more on this work and exhibition in a future Artletter. (I don’t want to give too much away before the tour!)
Work To Collect: Postcards, Prints, and Paintings
I still have limited-edition postcards from the Fragility Series available for purchase. There are eight postcards to choose from, each an edition of 31 or 32, and they are only $10 each! Save some money by collecting a bundle of 4 or 8 postcards. Or mix and match!
